How to measure and dose liquid SARMs

SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are available in various forms: liquid, powder, capsule and pills. Each of these has it’s own advantages and disadvantages. In this article, we are going to focus on the pro’s of liquid SARMs, especially when it concerns easy and accurate measuring and dosing.

What are liquid SARMs

Liquid SARMs are a form of Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) that are suspended or dissolved in a liquid solution.

Initially, all SARMs are raw powders. Though powders are more affordable, they are challenging to dose and ingest.

Liquid SARMs are simply raw powder dissolved or suspended in a liquid. Liquids give you much more room to adjust your dose and they have the best absorption rate.

How to take liquid SARMs

Using liquid SARMs involves a few simple steps.

• Make sure to shake the bottle well before use, because the active ingredients may settle at the bottom.
• Measure the correct dose using the dropper from the bottle or the separate measuring pipette.
• Place the liquid in your mouth using the dropper or the pipette.

How to measure mg/ml concentration

If a liquid SARM bottle has a total capacity of 30ml and the mg/ml concentration is 20mg/ml, this means that each ml of liquid contains 20mg of the SARM, and the bottle contains a total of 600mg.

20mg x 30ml = 600mg

If you want to take 10mg/day of this particular SARM, you need to take 0.5 ml of liquid, which usually equates to half a dropper.

If you want to take 20mg/day, you will have to take 1 ml of liquid a day, so a full dropper.

You can also measure 20 drops, which equals 1ml.

Measuring 1ml of SARMs

To measure the correct amount of liquid, you can use the glass dropper of the bottle. For better accuracy, we recommend using the measuring pipette that is included for each bottle.

Dropper method

The dropper, attached to the bottle cap, usually captures 20 drops or about 1ml per squeeze (one dropperful). When we talk about a “dropperful” we don’t mean that the dropper is completely full, but the maximum that it will hold.

However, this method is less accurate.

Measuring pipette method

A measuring pipette provides a more precise way to measure 1ml of liquid. Gently squeeze the top to create a vacuum, then release it into the liquid, using the marking to measure exactly 1ml.
