Accadrine AC-262 (10mg/ml)

AC-262, also referred to as AC-262536 and Accadrine, is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) currently available on the market. Like other SARMs, this compound is a selective agonist of the androgen receptor (AR). AC-262536 is a partial agonist of the AR, meaning that it activates the receptor to a lesser extent than full agonists such as testosterone or LGD-4033, but still activates androgen receptor-related processes such as muscle growth.

It was initially developed by Acadia Industries as a potential treatment for prostate cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.

In the fitness industry, it is used as a means to promote muscle gain and fat loss. It has gained a lot of popularity amongst bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts alike. 

How does AC-262 work?

AC-262 (Accadrine) works by targeting the androgen receptors in a tissue-selective manner. Like other SARMs, it has a high affinity for the AR in skeletal tissue but only a limited affinity for the AR in organ tissues such as the prostate. It is this selectivity that has the benefit of triggering many of the anabolic effects seen in androgenic anabolic steroids (AAS), while having fewer of the unwanted side effects.

Animal studies have shown that it produces a maximal effect of around 66% of the anabolic action of testosterone, but only around 27% of its potency as an androgen.

A potent, selective, non-steroidal androgen receptor modulator with partial agonist activity is ideal for a range of research purposes because of the wide separation between its anabolic and androgenic properties.

Benefits of AC 262

SARMs are still pretty recent, in terms of medical developments, with minimal human testing done on them at this point. However, they are already in use to some degree, and as such, some benefits have been observed. Here, we’re going to look at some of those benefits, particularly in comparison to steroids, to which they are so often compared:

• Enhancing muscle growth: Accadrine is popular among bodybuilders for its ability to increase lean muscle mass and strength. Users report noticeable gains in muscle size and enhanced performance, which makes it beneficial for treating muscle-wasting conditions.
• Improving bone health: Accadrine is noted for promoting bone density, potentially reducing the risk of fractures and injuries, and may help combat conditions like osteoporosis.
• Improving fat loss: While SARMs are not primarily intended for fat loss, the increased metabolic activity caused by AC-262 may assist users in reducing their overall body fat.
• Aiding in recovery: In addition to promoting muscle growth, AC-262 may also enhance muscle recovery, allowing users to train more frequently and intensely without experiencing significant muscle soreness afterward.

Dosage and cycle length

The most common dosage for AC-262 is 10-20 mg per day. Like most SARMs, such as MK-2866 or LGD-4033, a 60-day cycle appears to provide the most benefits, although many people have experienced good results with a 30-day cycle.

Legal status

Accadrine has not been approved by the FDA or EMA for human consumption or therapeutic use. It can therefore not be legally prescribed or sold as a supplement.

AC-262 is banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and remains prohibited in all levels of competitive athletics.
