Payment

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order using a bank transfer or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash).

My bank doesn’t allow international payments. What should I do?

If your bank does not allow international payments, we recommend using Wise: https://wise.com

Should I send you a proof of payment?

Your order will be processed when our bank processes your payment. You do not need to send us proof of payment unless you forgot to include the order number, and the name of the sender’s bank account is different from the name on the order.

I have made the payment but didn’t receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 2 business days for a bank transfer to arrive. Payments are processed manually, usually several times a day. If you have not received a confirmation after 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Which carrier is used for shipping?

Orders are shipped using PostNL, DHL or DPD, depending on the destination country.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Over 90% of all orders are delivered within 8 business days after shipment. The remaining ones may take up to 21 business days. Delays may occur, and these are outside of our control. If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days, we will reship it free of charge. For more details, please look at our shipping and returns policy.

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders under €200, there is a €20 flat fee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for all orders over €200.

I did not receive my package and track and trace has stopped.

In some cases, track and trace information may take a long time to be updated. Local post services may sometimes be slow. If your package gets lost/damaged or is not delivered within 30 days, we will reship it free of charge.

Can you ship my order as discreet as possible?

To which countries do you ship?

We currently ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

From which country are your orders shipped?

We ship from The Netherlands.

What will happen if my order is checked by customs?

Due to our discreet packaging and shipping process, you don’t have to worry about issues with customs. All bottles are relabeled as Essential Oils to make sure that there are no issues, even if your package is checked.

My order is stuck at customs. Now what?

No worries. Depending on the destination country, customs may check your package. This usually takes at most a couple of days before delivery continues. If they require any additional information, please let us know, and we will make sure to provide it.

Do I have to pay import duties?

If you order from Norway, you will likely have to pay a small amount of import duties upon your order’s arrival. This is not the case for other countries.

Orders

Can I modify my order?

If you want to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. You can only do this if it has not been shipped yet.

How can I track the progress of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details when your order has been processed and shipped.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Most deliveries do not require a signature. However, this depends on the shipping carrier.

My package was damaged during shipping.

Please send us a photo of the damaged products, and we will reship them.

My order arrived, but it is not complete.

If one or more items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we verify your claim, we will make sure the missing items are shipped.

My order arrived, but I received one or more incorrect products.

Please send us a photo of the products that you received, and we will make sure that the issue gets resolved.

Products

Are the products sold intended for human use?

No, all of our products are strictly intended for research purposes and not for human consumption.

How should I store my products?

Your products should be stored out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 5 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Will my products come with a measuring tool?

A complimentary 1ml oral syringe is added to all orders for easy and accurate dosing.

What is the shelf life of liquid SARMs?

Unlike peptides, SARMs are quite stable molecules. When stored properly (out of direct sunlight and at a temperature between 5 and 30 degrees Celsius), they are stable for up to 2 years.

Which solvent is used for the solutions?

We generally use pure PEG-400 for most of the solutions; for some products that do not dissolve properly in PEG-400, a small amount of either ethanol or DMSO is added. The specific information can be found on the respective product page.
