Payment FAQ

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order using a bank transfer or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash).

My bank doesn’t allow international payments. What should I do?

If your bank does not allow international payments, we recommend using Wise: https://wise.com

Can I use PayPal to pay for my order?

No, we can’t accept payments via PayPal. They don’t allow their platform to be used for the sale of SARMs or other research chemicals.

Should I send you a proof of payment?

Your order will be processed when our bank processes your payment. You do not need to send us proof of payment unless you forgot to include the order number, and the name of the sender’s bank account differs from the name on the order.

I have made the payment but didn’t receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 2 business days for a bank transfer to complete. Payments are processed manually, usually several times a day. If you have not received a confirmation after three business days, please get in touch with us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping FAQ

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

Orders are shipped using PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on the destination country. For the specific carrier serving your country, please have a look at our shipping and returns page.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Over 90% of all orders are delivered within 7 business days after shipment. Delays may occur and are outside our control. If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days, we will reship it at no cost. For more details, please look at our shipping and returns policy.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all orders over €200. Otherwise, a flat fee of €20 applies.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for orders over €200.

What happens if I am not at home when the package arrives?

If no one is present at the destination address upon delivery, the package will typically be left at a local pickup point near you. You will be notified by email about the details of the pickup point.

I did not receive my package and track and trace has stopped.

In some cases, track-and-trace information may take a long time to update, and delays may occur, which are out of our control. If your package is not delivered within 30 days after it was shipped, we will reship it free of charge. For more details, please look at our shipping and returns policy.

Can you ship my order as discreet as possible?

By default, all orders are packaged and shipped in a highly discreet manner. For more information, see our discreet shipment page.

To which countries do you ship?

We currently ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

From which country are your orders shipped?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

What will happen if my order is checked by customs?

Thanks to our discreet packaging and shipping process, you don’t have to worry about customs issues. All bottles are relabeled as Essential Oils to ensure there are no issues, even if your package is checked. For more information, see our discreet shipment page.

Do I have to pay import duties?

If you live in Norway, you will have to pay a small import fee upon delivery. There are no import fees for other countries.

Can you redirect my order to a different address?

When you order has been shipped, we can’t make any changes to the delivery address.

Order FAQ

Can you modify my order?

If you want to modify your order and it has not been shipped yet, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

How can I track the progress of my order?

You will receive the track and trace information for your order by email via Sendcloud when your order is shipped.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Most deliveries do not require a signature. However, this depends on the shipping carrier.

My package was damaged during shipping.

Please contact us as soon as possible and send a photo of the damaged products, and we will arrange for their reshipment.

My order arrived, but it is not complete.

If one or more items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we verify your claim, we will ensure the missing items are shipped.

My order arrived, but I received one or more incorrect products.

Please send us a photo of the products that you received, and we will make sure that the issue gets resolved.

Can you cancel my order for me?

If you haven’t yet paid for your order, you don’t need to cancel it. We only process and ship orders after receiving payment. If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Product FAQ

Are the products sold intended for human use?

No, all of our products are strictly intended for research purposes and not for human consumption.

How should I store my products?

Your products should be stored out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 5 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Will my products come with a measuring tool?

A complimentary 1ml oral syringe is added to all orders for easy and accurate dosing.

What is the shelf life of liquid SARMs?

When stored properly, liquid SARMs will remain stable for at least 2 years. After that, they will slowly degrade, making them less effective.

Which solvent is used for the solutions?

At HQSARMS, we use pharmaceutical-grade PEG-400 in all solutions. A small amount of ethanol is added to some products that don’t fully dissolve in PEG-400, such as LGD-4033 and RAD-140. You can find the specific details on the product page.
