Payment

  • Which payment methods are available?

    You can pay for your order using cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash) or using a bank transfer.

  • My bank doesn’t allow international payments. What should I do?

    If your bank does not allow international payments, we recommend using Wise: https://wise.com

  • Should I send you a proof of payment?

    Your order will be processed when your payment is processed by our bank. There is no need to provide us with a proof of payment, except if you forgot to include your order number in the reference/comment field and/or made the payment from somebody elses bank account.

  • I have made the payment but didn’t receive any confirmation. What should I do?

    Please keep in mind that it may take up to 2 business days for a bank transfer to arrive. Payments are processed manually, usually several times a day. If you have not received a confirmation after 3 days, please contact us at info@hqsarms.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • I have not received an email with the payment instructions.

    Please check your spam folder. Our emails will occasionally go to your spam folder because they are automatically sent. If you cannot locate the confirmation, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

  • Which carrier is used for shipping?

    Orders are shipped using PostNL or DHL, depending on the destination country. Depending on the destination country, it may be handed over to a local carrier for delivery.

  • How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

    The majority of orders are delivered within 7 business days after shipment. The remaining ones may take up to 21 business days. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, we will reship it free of charge.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Free shipping is available for all orders over 200 euro.

  • I did not receive my package and track and trace has stopped.

    In some cases, track and trace information may take a long time to be updated. Local post services may sometimes be slow. If your package gets lost/damaged or is not delivered within 30 days, we will reship it free of charge.

  • Can you ship my order as discreet as possible?

Orders

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Contact us as soon as possible at info@hqsarms.com if you want to modify or cancel your order. Your order can only be modified or cancelled if it has not been shipped yet.

  • How can I track the progress of my order?

    You will receive an email with tracking details when your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Are the products sold intended for human use?

    No, all of our products are strictly intended for research purposes and not for human consumption.

  • How should I store my products?

    Your products should be stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
