What is YK-11?
YK-11 (Myostine) is one of the newest SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) that is currently undergoing research.
Unlike other SARMs such as MK-2866 and LGD-4033, which selectively bind to androgen receptors in muscle and bone tissue, YK11 appears to function as a partial agonist of the androgen receptor. This means that it may have a broader range of effects throughout the body, potentially leading to greater muscle growth and strength gains.
However, because of its steroidal structure, YK11 may also come with a greater risk of side effects compared to traditional SARMs. As with any performance-enhancing substance, it is important to weigh the potential benefits against the risks before use.
YK11 closely resembles the structure of DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) and just like DHT, it is a partial agonist of the androgen receptor. Besides being a SARM, it is also a myostatin inhibitor. Myostatin also referred to as growth and differentiation factor-8 is a protein secreted in muscle tissues. It limits muscle cell growth.
YK-11 PROS AND CONS
Pros
- It encourages muscle tissue growth
- It boosts fat burning
- Supports and enhances bone health
Cons
- It likely causes testosterone suppression;
- Its safety and efficiency have not been tested on humans or animals;
- The long-term side effects are unknown
How does YK-11 liquid work?
YK11 binds to the androgen receptors in the skeletal muscles. As a result, it increases muscle mass and support and enhances muscle tissue growth.
It also inhibits myostatin, resulting in strong anti-catabolic properties. Research results show that this SARM simply aims to increase follistatin levels. Follistatin is another naturally occurring protein in the human body which helps keep myostatin in check.
YK-11 binds itself to the androgen receptors inducing muscles that create more follistatin. As a result, myostatin levels are reduced. Myostatin is a protein that limits the growth of skeletal muscle. This in term increase muscle mass.

Increases strength
YK-11 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that has been found to increase muscle mass and strength. It acts by binding to androgen receptors in the body, which in turn stimulates the growth of muscle tissue.
YK-11 has also been shown to increase the production of follistatin, a protein that promotes muscle growth and repair. In addition to its anabolic effects, it has also been found to have anti-catabolic properties, meaning it can prevent muscle breakdown.
Supports and enhances bone health
YK-11 is a compound known for its ability to selectively bind to androgen receptors, leading to increased muscle growth. However, it also has a positive impact on bone density by stimulating the production of bone-building cells called osteoblasts.
As a result, bones become stronger and less prone to injuries, making it an ideal supplement for bodybuilders and athletes looking to improve their performance and reduce the risk of fractures and other bone-related injuries.
YK-11 dosage
The common daily dosage of YK-11 is 10mg. This dosage is equivalent to 1ml of the liquid form.
