What is YK-11?

YK-11 (Myostine) is one of the newest SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) that is currently undergoing research.

Unlike other SARMs such as MK-2866 and LGD-4033, YK11 appears to function as a partial agonist of the androgen receptor. This means that it may have a broader range of effects throughout the body, potentially leading to greater muscle growth and strength gains.

However, because of its steroidal structure, it may also be associated with a greater risk of side effects than traditional SARMs. As with any performance-enhancing substance, it is crucial to weigh the potential benefits against the risks before use.

YK-11 closely resembles the structure of DHT (Dihydrotestosterone). Like DHT, it is a partial agonist of the androgen receptor. Besides being an SARM, it is also a myostatin inhibitor. Myostatin, also referred to as growth and differentiation factor-8, is a protein secreted in muscle tissues, that limits muscle cell growth.

How does YK-11 liquid work?

YK11 binds to the androgen receptors in skeletal muscles. As a result, it increases muscle mass and supports and enhances muscle tissue growth.

It also inhibits myostatin, resulting in strong anti-catabolic properties. Research results show that this SARM increases follistatin levels. Follistatin is another naturally occurring protein in the human body which helps keep myostatin in check.

YK-11 binds itself to the androgen receptors inducing muscles that create more follistatin.  As a result, myostatin levels are reduced. Myostatin is a protein that limits the growth of skeletal muscle. This in term increase muscle mass.
