SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are available in various forms: liquid, powder, capsule and pills. Each of these has it’s own advantages and disadvantages. In this article, we are going to focus on the pro’s of liquid SARMs, especially when it concerns easy and accurate measuring and dosing.
What are liquid SARMs
Liquid SARMs are a form of Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) that are suspended or dissolved in a liquid solution.
Initially, all SARMs are raw powders. Though powders are more affordable, they are challenging to dose and ingest.
Liquid SARMs are simply raw powder dissolved or suspended in a liquid. Liquids give you much more room to adjust your dose and they have the best absorption rate.
How to take liquid SARMs
When ordering from HQSARMS, your liquid SARMs come in a glass bottle with an oral adapter and include a measuring syringe that fits precisely in the oral adapter.

- Shake the bottle for a few seconds.
- Remove the cap from the bottle.
- Push the tip of the syringe into the opening of the oral adapter in the bottle. The fit should be snug to prevent leaks.
- Turn the bottle upside down while holding the syringe securely. The adapter will prevent any liquid from leaking out.
- Pull the syringe’s plunger slowly to draw the desired amount of liquid into it. Then, use the markings on the syringe to measure the exact dose.
- Turn the bottle upright and carefully remove the syringe from the adapter. Hold the syringe tip upward to avoid spilling.
- Place the liquid directly in your mouth or add it to a beverage.
- Swallow the liquid and optionally chase it down with water or some other drink.
While the administration process isn’t exactly rocket science, there are a few things to keep in mind. We’ll go over them now.
How to measure mg/ml concentration
If a bottle has a total capacity of 30ml and the mg/ml concentration is 20mg/ml, this means that each ml of liquid contains 20mg of the SARM, and the bottle contains a total of 600mg.
20mg x 30ml = 600mg
If you want to take 10mg/day of this particular SARM, you need to take 0.5 ml of liquid.
If you want to take 20mg/day, take 1 ml of liquid.
Benefits of liquid SARMs
Liquid SARMs are generally preferred over capsules or powder forms for several reasons. We will go over the benefits of liquid SARMs when compared to capsules or powder.
Enhanced bioavailability: Liquid SARMs tend to have a higher bioavailability compared to capsules or powders. Bioavailability refers to the proportion of a drug that enters the circulation when introduced into the body and is able to have an active effect. Liquid forms are more readily absorbed by the body, ensuring that a higher percentage of the compound is utilized.
Faster absorption: The liquid form of SARMs is absorbed more quickly into the bloodstream than capsules or powders. This results in a more rapid onset of effects, which is particularly desirable for users seeking immediate benefits from their SARMs regimen.
Easier dosing and customization: Liquid SARMs offer greater flexibility in terms of dosing and customization. Users can easily measure and adjust the amount of SARMs they take based on their individual needs and goals, whereas capsules or powders may require more complicated calculations or dividing doses.
Bypassing the digestive system: When taken sublingually, liquid SARMs bypass the digestive system, which can break down and metabolize some of the active ingredients before they reach the bloodstream. This can lead to a reduction in potency and overall effectiveness. The liquid form avoids this issue by being absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
Easier storage and transport: Liquid SARMs are typically easier to store and transport than capsules or powders. They can be carried in small, discreet bottles, making them convenient for individuals who need to take their SARMs on the go.
Faster mixing and compatibility: Liquid SARMs can be easily mixed with other liquids or supplements to create customized combinations. This versatility is particularly advantageous for those who wish to stack multiple SARMs or incorporate other supplements into their regimen.
In summary, liquid SARMs offer several benefits over capsules or powders, including:
- Enhanced bioavailability
- Faster absorption
- Easier dosing and customization
- Bypassing the digestive system
- Easier storage and transport
- Faster mixing and compatibility
Measuring 1ml of SARMs
In the past, all our liquid SARMs and related research chemicals came in a dropper bottle, which is typical for most vendors. Recently, we switched to a more optimal solution in the form of bottles fitted with an oral adapter. These come with a measuring syringe that perfectly fits in this adapter and allows you to measure the correct dose very accurately.

Frequently asked questions
How do you take liquid MK-677?
Liquid MK-677 is dosed at 25mg per ml. If you want to take 25mg per day, simply take 1ml of liquid MK 677 in the morning, or split the dosage and take 0.5ml in the morning and 0.5ml in the evening for best results.
How do you take liquid MK-2866?
Liquid MK-2866 is dosed at 20mg per ml. If you want to take 20mg per day, simply take 1ml of liquid MK 2866 in the morning or before workout.
Do liquid SARMs expire?
They don’t really expire but will loose their potency after a while. When stored at room temperature or in the fridge (not the freezer) it is recommended to use them within 2 years.
How many drops is 1ml of liquid SARMs?
One drop from the glass dropper of the bottle is approximately 0.05ML. This means that 1ML of liquid equals 20 drops.
