What is GW-0742?
GW-0742 (also known as GW610742 and fitorine) is a PPARδ/β delta agonist that has been investigated for drug use by GlaxoSmithKline. It is closely related to GW-501516 (Cardarine) and has somewhat similar effects. It is sometimes referred to as Super Cardarine because it is more effective and potent.

How does GW-0742 work?
GW 0742 works similarly to any other PPAR delta agonist. It helps turn our fat into an energy source and increases the oxidative capacity of our muscles.
GW 0742 shows promising results in lowering glucose levels, improving endurance, and reducing recovery time.
Based on the studies, GW-0742 has a stronger lipid-burning capacity than GW-501516, which also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, enhances cardiovascular output efficiency, and improves cardiovascular endurance.
Benefits
Based on the available studies, anecdotal reports by users and the known effects of the closely related Cardarine, the benefits associated with GW-0742 include:
- Increased fat burning
- Enhanced endurance
- Reduced recovery time
- Lowering of HDL cholesterol levels
Dosage and Cycle length
The most common dosage for this compound is 10mg per day, equivalent to 1 ml of liquid HQSARMS GW-0742. Since this compound has a half-life of 24 hours, it is typically administered as a single daily dose.
The average cycle length for GW-0742 is 8 weeks.
Legal status
GW-0742 has not been approved by the FDA or EMA for human consumption or therapeutic use. It can therefore not be legally prescribed or sold as a supplement.
While not explicitly mentioned, GW-0742 is banned under Section S4.4 of the WADA 2025 Prohibited List as a metabolic modulator.
GW-0742 from HQSARMS is strictly intended for research purposes only.
