Shipping policy
- Orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on the destination country. You can find an overview of the specific carrier and estimated delivery times for each country below.
- If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment because of loss or failure to clear customs, we will reship it free of charge.
- In the unlikely event that the reshipment also doesn’t arrive within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
- Packages that can not be delivered due to an incorrect address or not being picked up on time from the pickup point are not covered by our delivery guarantee.
